Planed to launch in January 2021, Hong Ngoc General Hospital – My Dinh is a smart hospital with a green coverage rate up to 45%. This is the first hospital in Vietnam to be signed in Health Building Notes (UK), marking a new milestone in the 18-year journey of developing of Hong Ngoc Hospital’s brand name.

This helps all patients have a chance to experience both physical treatment and mental therapy in the most complete ways.

The model of 4.0 Smart Hospital is applied in examination and treatment processes

For the first time, Entertainment Unit – a multifunction screen is introduced in Vietnam to control the process of updating and managing medical history, automatic reminding patients to take medicine, entertaining and asking medical staff to support, and more. All thing patients need to do is touching on the screen.

With an app named Smedic 365 installed on mobile, the hospital’s medical staff can manage all medical information of patients, helping them to arrange visits for examination and treatment. From the patient side, you can make an appointment and search for reliable information related to your problems.

Other smart applications include 3D map, a system of interactive screen for children at the Pediatrics Department, Kiosk-all in one for public search, Cisco system for video call with doctors, RP – Lite robot for distance examination developed by Intouch Technologies – a corporation specializing in providing smart medical care solutions in the US, and numerous multi-purpose devices and software. They are significant factors contributing to the improvement of Hong Ngoc Hospital’s smart system.

Impressive utilities: the first and only ones

Hong Ngoc General Hospital – My Dinh consists of 25 departments (with a new one – Geriatrics), providing a full range of medical examination and treatment services to comprehensively care for all customers from young children to the elderly. This is the first hospital in Vietnam to have a 2000 square meter Health Screening Center with an advanced equipment system that can provide health check up services to hundreds of visitors each day.

Moreover, the hospital boasts numerous modern utilities meeting international standards.  The system of healthcare utilities including Gym-Yoga-Spa would satisfy an array of customers during their stay at the hospital. This is the first hospital in Vietnam to have a “calming” room for pregnant women before delivery and the only hospital in Vietnam to have a hydrotherapy swimming pool. Hong Ngoc General Hospital: project information

Located in the center of My Dinh area, Hong Ngoc General Hospital – My Dinh consists of 16 floors and 2 basements, covering an area of 2.5 hectare.

This is the first hospital in Vietnam to be built in Health Building Notes approved by UK Government. The project’s contractor is Turner – the biggest contractor in US which built ¾ hospitals in US, the White House (US) and renowned projects in Vietnam such as Cam Ranh Airport, Bitexco Building, JW Marriot Hotel, and more, ensuring to meet all strict standards of designing and building.

Medical and facilities of Hong Ngoc General Hospital – My Dinh are imported from US and the UK.

As estimated, the scale and operation capacity of Hong Ngoc General Hospital – My Dinh (phase 1) can serve up to 250 beds and more than 2000 examination visits each day.
